By booking this appointment you accept our terms and conditions:
• Arriving 15 minutes late will put your appointment on the waitlist and will not guarantee doing
all booked services.
• 3 or more no show appointments will require 50% deposit to secure the booking.
• In case of current treatment was done elsewhere, technician will decide if its possible to refill on
the previous treatment or must remove and apply a new set after informing the client.
• BIAB, gel overlay, and gel extensions must be refilled within 14-20 days of applying. Client is
required to remove and apply a new set after the 20 days mark or in case of lifting or damage.
• Refill sessions are optional and not booked by default, Tones Beauty Bar doesn’t guarantee
availability of refill appointments if not booked early enough.
• In case of peeling, lifting, bubbling, gel polish can be redone within 3 days for no extra fees. Gel
extensions within 5 days for no extra fees.
• Any issues with treatment must be discussed within the appointment, before leaving the salon,
or else the issue will be dismissed.
• If client needs a service but refuses to get it done, above rules do not apply.
• Client automatically agrees that booking the (Ingrown removal) service may result in pain and in
rare times, blood in order to eliminate ingrown nail from the root.
• Tones Beauty Bar is not responsible for any disease or damage.
• Tones Beauty Bar does not refund payments under any circumstance.
