As a Lash Expert at Tone Beauty, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lash extensions, lifts, and tinting services to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their desired lash look and offer personalized services to enhance their natural beauty. A strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and hygiene is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide eyelash extension application, lash lifts, and tinting services with precision and artistry.
• Offer consultation to clients, ensuring their lash preferences and needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with salon standards.
• Educate clients on aftercare, ensuring they understand how to maintain their lashes properly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest lash trends, techniques, and product offerings.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service and a personalized approach.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet salon goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of client treatments and preferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lash Expert, with a portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills.
• Certification in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tinting (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of different lash extension techniques, styles, and products.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide precise, beautiful results.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
